Description

What is the Terrar Leather High WP suitable for?

For your commute to the office in sleet and for walking through the wet city on the weekend: The Terrar Leather High WP is an ankle-high barefoot shoe made of leather that goes just as well with jeans as it does with a dressier outfit.

Dry and warm through the winter: A waterproof membrane keeps rain, snow, and wetness out. Inside, a fluffy warm lining with sheep's wool at the opening ensures your feet stay warm even on cold days.

Ground feel despite warm lining: The flexible natural rubber sole is 4.5 mm thin and has no heel, allowing your feet to move naturally. The fit is normal to wide, and the leather adapts well to your foot.

Slip in instead of lacing up: In addition to the lacing, it has a zipper on the inside. Once adjusted with the laces, you can simply use the zipper to slip them on and off.

It is designed for the city, office, and leisure; it is not intended as a hiking boot for rugged terrain. Once the sole is worn out, it can be resoled.

Included: 1 pair of Terrar Leather High WP, packed in our plastic-free packaging.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I wear socks with these shoes?

Yes, absolutely. The name 'barefoot shoe' describes the feeling of movement (wide toe box, thin flexible sole, zero drop), not a bare foot.

How much space should be in the front of the shoe?

Plan for at least 12 mm in addition to your foot length. You can find the inner sole length for each size in our size chart.

This is my first time wearing barefoot shoes – what should I look out for?

Sore muscles in the calves and soles of the feet are normal in the first few weeks – your muscles are being challenged in a new way. Start with 30–60 minutes daily and increase gradually. If you have existing foot or joint problems, speak to your doctor or orthopedist before switching.

Does the shoe feel stiff at first?

It may feel a bit firmer initially; this is due to the leather and the natural rubber sole. According to the manufacturer, the leather becomes noticeably softer after about two to three days, and the sole becomes more flexible due to your body heat.
