We ship exclusively with DHL.
Shipping and returns within Germany are free of charge for orders over €40!

We use natural rubber tape and plastic-free filling material – at no extra cost to you.
For orders under €40 within Germany, a shipping fee of €3.50 applies.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal
Within Germany: Returns are completely free of charge for you. You have 30 days to decide at your leisure.
From Austria: You also have a 30-day right of withdrawal. You bear the costs of return shipping yourself.

The prices stated on the product pages include statutory VAT and other price components.
Deliveries are possible to delivery addresses in Germany and Austria.
Shipping to DHL Packstations is only possible within Germany.
Note on shipping to other EU countries
Under the new EU Packaging Regulation, each EU country applies its own registration and reporting obligations for shipping packaging. We have therefore limited our delivery area to Germany and Austria for the time being, and will review an expansion once these requirements have been harmonised.
